Adopting the Wikia

Since we haven't had an active bureaucrat or admin in a long time, I've submitted an adoption request for the Icchibanketsu Wikia a few days ago. The main page could use a change and the navigation will need additions as we add more pages. I intend to stay active since I do enjoy playing Icchibanketsu!
